All prospective tenants 18 years of age or older are required to fill out a Carriage Gate rental application.

A non-refundable fee of $45.00 per applicant is due at application which covers the cost of a credit and background check.

12 month lease is required

The security deposit is equal to one month's rent

3 pets are allowed with a non-refundable fee of $300.00 for each pet. There is no additional pet rent.

Fully equipped kitchens w/ refrigerators, dishwasher, disposal and microwave are included.

Washer and dryer are included in the rent.

Water, Sewer, and Trash are included in the rent for our apartments located on Woodbrook Drive.

HOA Dues and trash removal are included in the rent for all townhomes located at Berkshire Landing and Laurel Park

Tenants are responsible for electricity and their own internet and cable at all properties
