Application Process
A thorough screening of your application assures that this will be an appropriate home for you. The TENANT SELECTION CRITERIA is where you will find the qualifications to rent one of Carriage Gate's rental homes.
To start the application process we need the following:
- Application filled out on our website by all applicants 18 year's of age or older.
- Application fee of $50.00 paid per person 18 year's of age or older.
- A copy of your photo ID; this can be attached to the application on our website.
A credit and background check will be performed on each tenant. The application process can take 3 business days to complete.
All properties are offered on a first come, first served basis. We cannot "hold" a property for any time. Application Fees are nonrefundable.
MOVE IN COSTS
The following are the funds are required at Lease signing and can be made directly through our website.
- Security Deposit (equal to one month's rent)
- First Month's rent, prorated if the Lease Start Date is after the 1st day of the month
- Nonrefundable Pet Fee of $300.00/pet and monthly pet rent of $10.00/pet
